For logo and artwork files, we prefer vector files in the following formats: Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF (if vector graphic saved in pdf). If you don't have proper files, no worries, our talented designer can always work on your logos and convert your logo to proper format (Small cost involved).

Our sidewalls are specially designed to fit snugly to the canopy and frame with zippers which provides a slick and neat looking structure.

In top of that, we added a quick-fit Velcro strip to provide additional structural support.For adequate ventilation, make sure you choose an appropriate sidewall based on your gazebo’s size and whether you wish to have a full, window, door, mesh or even half walls.

We advise you NOT to leave your pop-up gazebo assembled overnight.

Pop-up gazebos are considered temporary structures. If left up for a long period of time at night, it's likely to collect condensation due to changes in weather or temperature and this can seriously damage the gazebo.

To keep your gazebo from being lifted by strong winds, you must anchor it properly.

Tie down kits are included in your every pop-up tent and are suitable for soft ground. Alternatively, you can purchase sandbags as an added weight ballast to keep the gazebo frame stable during strong winds.

All of our canopies and sidewalls are made with PVC coating, ensuring they are fully waterproof. In addition, all stress points on our canopies and sidewalls seams are multi-stitched and taped for ultimate waterproofing.We use double fabric in all stretched corners to prevent possible wear tears and leaks. All of our canopies and sidewalls are treated with a UV-protective coating for your optimal sun protection.

All our canopies and sidewalls are made of premium Fire Retardant grade polyester which is a flame-retardant material.

For plain, unbranded gazebos: If your order is placed before 11 AM Monday – Friday it will be sent out to our courier service for delivery the next working day. Or you could choose to pick up your brand new pop up gazebo tent at our store at 94 Sunnybrae Road, Auckland.

For custom printed gazebos: Our service is extremely efficient and we offer a typical delivery time of 15 working days* from confirmation of order and approval of artwork.
