Warranty 

Blackhawk Gazebo Frame warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. Blackhawk Gazebo’s obligation and liability under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. 


This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberate damage to the product. 


We do not recommend that you leave your pop-up gazebo assembled during the night. Pop-up gazebos are considered temporary structures. If left up for a long period of time at night, it's likely to collect condensation due to changes in weather or temperature and this can seriously damage the gazebo.


FABRIC WARRANTY TERMS: It does not apply against any deterioration of any kind due to wind or weather-related damage, misuse, burns, negligence, mould, vandalism, perforations or stains due to environmental pollution, and fair wear and tears. 


WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IF PRODUCT NOT PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED Blackhawk Gazebo. 


Custom Print Order 

When printing and branding Blackhawk Gazebo endeavours to re-produce from your images as close as possible, however, colours and sizes can vary and the quality of the print is produced within the quality of the images provided by you. 


Shipping 

Goods will be dispatched within two working days of payment being received. Most goods will reach the purchaser within three to four working days of making payment. However, delays can occur during our peak times i.e. Christmas. Free Delivery and specified charged delivery is for Urban Addresses only, please contact 0800 022 455 for delivery charges if it is a rural address. 


For Custom Print orders, we cannot guarantee delivery time, 10-15 working days is a standard guideline but may take longer during busy periods and we cannot compensate for losses caused by late delivery. 


Courier Deliveries: 

Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise, you will be expected to chase up the courier. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the correct amount of packages and items have been delivered and that any shortages should be notified to Blackhawk Gazebo within 24 hours. Any claims after 24 hours cannot be entertained. 


Payment Instructions: 

Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t deposit via ASB. 


Payment Methods Accepted:

Pay Pal & Credit Cards.
Pay & Collect with Cash or Eftpos. 


Returns 

We abide by returns/ refunds according to the consumers guarantee act. Choose carefully and ask as many questions as you like prior to purchase. All gazebo products have different warranties, if you have any issues please contact one of our Team Members and they will be able to provide you with professional advice/ help. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and we are not responsible for products damaged in transit.
